Provider Policies 

After enrolling in the course, students have a period of 6 months to complete all required modules and assessments. This timeframe ensures that students have access to the most up-to-date information in course material, while allowing for flexibility and self-paced learning to manage their coursework alongside other commitments. 

Fees, Refunds, and Cancellations Policy 

All fees are non-refundable, except as provided below. Refunds are available only if requested within 24 hours of purchase. A 25% administrative fee will be deducted from the refund amount. Partial refunds are not available. This policy is in place to maintain the integrity and fairness of our services. 

Complaints and Disputes Resolution Policy

Disability Accommodations Policy for Online Course 

ADA Compliance for Self-Paced Asynchronous Course - 

1. Accessible Multimedia Content: Videos: All video content includes closed captions or subtitles. Audio: All audio content is accompanied by transcripts. Text: Text content is provided in accessible formats, such as HTML or accessible PDFs, ensuring compatibility with screen readers and other assistive technologies.  

2. Navigable and User-Friendly Design: The course platform is designed to be navigable using only a keyboard.  The platform provides navigation menus, headings, and labels.   

3. Compliance with State, Federal, and Local Laws: The course is conducted in a manner consistent with the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) and similar state, federal, and local laws. Regular reviews and updates are performed to ensure ongoing compliance with current regulations and best practices.  

5. Continuous Improvement: Feedback from students with disabilities is actively sought and used to make continuous improvements to the course’s accessibility features. The course administrator is available to address any issues or concerns related to accessibility, ensuring that all students receive the support they need.
